What’s REALLY hiding in the forests of the Pacific Northwest? Could it be The Tyrant King’s army of Darkbrands? Could it be more of Mr. Jones’s liaisons? Or could it be the solution to the problem vexing our favorite heroes? Whatever mystery it is, you can guarantee the boys from Georgia are sure to find themselves deep in the thick of it.
I was lucky enough to receive this book from the author. I hope the prospective reader will read this review fully before making any prejudgments on the book. I will give the book my thoughts. These thoughts are completely my own and not swayed in any way by anyone else’s reviews or opinions.
It is time for the fourth installment! Okay so if you have read my other reviews on this series, you know how much I love them. This one tops them all. I am not even kidding. Rome, I love you, but move aside for Julian. There is so much action that is packed into this small package. These characters just are amazing and complex.
In my other reviews, I mentioned adventure and action. Well let’s just say I had no idea what I am talking about. This book shook the ground and set my world on fire; dragon pun totally intended. I am glad that I got this incredible opportunity to read this series. This is a young adult book that spreads it’s wings so far in all directions, yet gives the reader what they want. The reader wants suspense and mythological creatures and creativity. This book gives all that and some more.
My Rating: My rating for this book should come as no surprise. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I am so excited to reread all of them. I recommend these books immensely. I can even see myself reading them with my own kids in the future. I believe that all ages could come back for more when it comes to the joy this book and series bring. This series is an escape into a world of amazing adventure with your guides showing you the way to go.
