This book is about self-growth, self-love, diving into our inner worlds and learning to transmute our outer worlds through the present moment. The purpose of Heal. is to help you let go of the past and your old self. To uplift the state of mind and to help you regain hope, even in the darkest times.

These poems are a strong indication of the talent that this author has to offer the reading community. When I say that these poems tear you down to your soul in such an amazing was, it is the truth. There is a specific quote that I love. It is:

There is something amazing about reading these poems and make you feel something deeper about yourself. It gives you a moment to look inside yourself and open up your world to something amazing.

My Rating: I rate these poems 5 out of 5 stars. I have gone back to read some of my favorites when I feel like life brings be down. These poems are about strength. There is so much more to the person on the inside and Kopernik brings that all out. I am finding that I am starting to understand poetry in such a profound way lately. This is something I encourage people to read and absorb because this could be eye opening and life changing.
